Power system
Engine:The cylinder gasket of the engine plays the role of sealing the cylinder block and cylinder head, which can prevent the leakage of high-temperature and high-pressure gas and the mutual cross-talk of coolant and engine oil. It is generally made of a composite of metal and non-metallic materials. The valve oil seal can prevent the engine oil from flowing into the combustion chamber along the valve stem. It is mostly made of oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials such as fluororubber to ensure normal combustion and lubrication of the engine.
Cooling system: The sealing gasket of the radiator is used to prevent coolant leakage and ensure the normal operation of the cooling system. It is usually made of rubber or silicone and has good resistance to coolant corrosion and high and low temperature resistance. The water pump seal prevents the coolant from leaking from the water pump shaft to ensure the normal operation of the water pump and the circulation of the coolant.
Transmission system
Transmission: Transmission oil seal can prevent lubricating oil leakage, maintain normal oil level and oil pressure in the transmission, and ensure lubrication and heat dissipation of the transmission. Synchronizer seal ring can ensure stable oil pressure when the synchronizer is working, so that the synchronizer can mesh normally and achieve smooth shifting.
Drive shaft: The dust cover of the drive shaft can prevent dust, mud and water and other impurities from entering the universal joint and spline parts, and prevent grease leakage, ensuring the normal transmission and service life of the drive shaft.
Body and chassis system
- Door: Door seals can effectively block wind, rain, dust and noise from the outside world, improve the sealing and comfort of the car, and are generally made of rubber or plastic, with good elasticity and weather resistance.
- Window: Window seals are used to fix the window glass and prevent rain, air, etc. from entering the car, so that the window glass is tightly combined with the body to ensure the sealing and stability of the window.
Chassis: The shock absorber seals of the car can prevent shock absorber oil leakage, ensure the stability of the shock absorber's damping performance, provide good shock absorption effect, and improve the stability and comfort of the vehicle's driving. The half-axle oil seal is used to seal the gap between the half-axle and the differential or wheel hub to prevent lubricating oil leakage and ensure the normal transmission of the half-axle and the lubrication of the wheel hub.
Other systems
Air conditioning system: The seals of the air conditioning pipeline can prevent refrigerant leakage and ensure the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioning system. They are usually made of rubber or plastic materials that are resistant to refrigerant corrosion. The sealing gasket of the air conditioning filter can ensure that the air enters the car after being filtered by the filter, prevent unfiltered air from leaking from the periphery of the filter into the car, and ensure the cleanliness of the air in the car.
Braking system: The seal ring of the brake cylinder can prevent the leakage of brake fluid, ensure the normal operation of the brake cylinder, and achieve reliable braking effect. It is generally made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant materials such as nitrile rubber. The seal of the brake line is used to connect the brake line and various brake components to ensure the normal transmission of brake fluid in the pipeline and ensure the reliability and safety of the brake system.
