Helical Spring Energized Seal
Helical Spring Energized Seal is consist of spiral spring and polymer jacket.
This kind of spiral spring provides a relatively high load and deflection range, thus enabling the sealing product to provide a very tight seal.
As a highly loaded product, this spring-energized seal should be considered when the dynamics are very slow or static.
H Type Spring Features:
Sheet spiral, deformation of large elastic
Cantilever Spring Energized Seal
Cantilever Spring Energized PTFE Seal is consist of a V shaped spring embedded in a polymer jacket.
It has excellent deflection range with linear load curve.
Suitable for reciprocating applications.
The shape of the spring concentrates load on the front of the seal, which makes this design also suitable for environmental excluders and for applications requiring scraping of viscous media.
V Type Spring Features:
Flake opening, small deformation elastic force,
but stable elastic force.
Canted Coil Spring Energized Seal
The Canted Coil Spring is unique in the sealing industry because of its semi-linear load curve. As an engineering loading device, the tilt coil spring displays a very constant load over a large deflection range. This feature allows tilt coil spring seal operation in friction-sensitive applications.
C Type Spring Features:
Linear spiral, deformation elastic instability
